Calderglen Family Run of Colour
The Calderglen Family Run of Colour is a non-competitive family event organised by South Lanarkshire Leisure & Culture at Calderglen Country Park in East Kilbride. The route is 2 km per lap and passes through coloured zones and fun obstacles before returning to a mass colour area on the main lawn. Participants may complete one or two laps.
The event is intended as a family activity rather than a race; no winning prizes or official race times are recorded. The course combines grass sections and trail paths near the children’s playpark, down to Horseshoe Falls and along the trail to Torrance Linn. The course is not suitable for prams or buggies.

Entry fees are listed as Adults £18, Juniors (under 16) £9, and Family ticket (2 adults/2 children) £45. Registration opens 9 March 2026 and closes 23 July 2026. On the day, registration will be located in the gazebos on the main lawn.
All participants receive a white t-shirt, a bag of colour powder for the start, a finisher’s medal, a bottle of water and a snack at the finish. Parking is available in the main car park. Toilets are adjacent to the playpark, inside the visitor centre and in the courtyard café.
Photography and video recording may take place for promotional use; participants can request an opt-out during registration or on the day and a discreet wristband can be provided. Media may be retained for up to three years. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
