Cal Tri Houston takes place at Typhoon Texas Waterpark Houston in Katy, TX. The event offers five sprint-distance options on a single race day and uses mapped run, bike, and swim routes at the venue.

Reverse Triathlon is defined as run then bike then swim. Course maps and Ride with GPS files are provided for each discipline; athletes are responsible for reviewing and knowing their chosen route. A staging area map is noted as coming soon.
