Butts & Guts 5K
The fourth annual Butts & Guts 5K is presented by the GIANT LEAP Foundation and benefits The Roots of Music. The GIANT LEAP Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports educational opportunities in New Orleans and nationally.
The event uses a flat and fast course that winds through Audubon Park and starts and finishes at Audubon Park Shelter 10, 6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70118. The program includes three entries: a 5K, a 5K labeled NOTC Family, and a Racewalkers category designated as a race walk. Listed registration fees vary by entry type.
On site services and amenities include packet pickup, post race refreshments, and an award ceremony. Participants receive a race T shirt, post race food and refreshments, and finishers receive a medal at the finish line.
