Al Briede Gold Cup - New Orleans
The Al Briede Gold Cup is the 59th annual running event set for September 13, 2026, at Historic Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans, LA. The event includes a 5K and a 1/2 mile race; a racewalker 5K entry is also offered. Proceeds benefit the Al Briede Gold Cup Foundation, which provides scholarships to local high school students and supports the New Orleans Track Club.

Published entry fees include $30.00 for the standard 5K, $55.00 for the NOTC family 5K option, $20.00 for the 1/2 mile, and a $0.00 option for the racewalker entry. The NOTC family membership covers up to two adults and same-household youth under 20, includes two race premiums, and the New Orleans Track Club offers membership discounts for many NOTC races.
