The Crescent City Connection Bridge Run is an evening run and walk across the Crescent City Connection Bridge in New Orleans, with the course starting on the West Bank and finishing on the East Bank in downtown New Orleans. The route uses the HOV lane of the bridge and offers views of the Mississippi River and the city skyline at sunset. The course is described as about four miles long, with roughly one mile uphill, one mile downhill, and two miles of flat terrain.
Registration fees range from $45 to $60 depending on registration date. Children aged five and under may participate for free but do not receive a shirt, bib, or medal. Standard registration benefits include a commemorative t-shirt, a finishers medal, a timed race bib and results, access to the post-race party with live music at Fulton Street, and free shuttle service. Teams of ten or more receive a $5 discount once the tenth member registers.
Packet pickup is offered on specified early pickup dates at mall locations and on race day at the Oakwood Center parking lot. Free shuttle buses transport participants between East Bank pickup points and the West Bank start area, and return shuttles are provided after the event.
