Bumble Bee Challenge Day 2 2027
The Bumble Bee Challenge Day 2 is scheduled for Sunday 12 September 2027 and is organised by Running Events Devon near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ (what3words ///miss.race.open). The event is a seven hour timed event using a TUGG (Turn Up Get Going) system that allows flexible start times within the event window; all laps must be completed within the overall permitted duration.
The course is an accurately measured out and back route on an old disused train line. Each lap is 5.3 km and the surface is tarmac; the course is classified as road and is described as undulating. Anyone who completes at least one lap within the permitted time is classed as a finisher and may collect a medal.
The event has a maximum of 50 entrants and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 11 September 2027. Entry categories include affiliated and unattached options, and there are also "no perks" options that do not include a medal or goodies. Permit number for the event is ARC.
