RBC Brooklyn Half 2026
The RBC Brooklyn Half is a 13.1 miles road race through Brooklyn that highlights Prospect Park and the Coney Island boardwalk. The in-person event includes an expo at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside with bib pickup on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before the race, and an after-party at Maimonides Park.
Race operations and amenities include 10 fluid stations supplying Gatorade Endurance Formula and water, and a Maurten Gel Depot at mile 6.8 offering caffeinated and noncaffeinated gels in limited supply. NYRR Pace Team members will lead groups across target finish times between 1:20 and 3:15. Wave and corral assignment is based on the best pace in a runner’s NYRR account or an estimated finish time; runners may submit a faster eligible half marathon result by May 2, 2026 for consideration.
The event provides lactation accommodations and will transport personal nursing pumps from the start to the finish area; lactation spaces and Medela pumps are available at start, on course, and at the finish. A free Boardwalk Kids Run is offered for ages 2 to 18.
Prize money is awarded to top finishers and teams, with specified individual and team payouts and additional time bonuses. Entry fees are nonrefundable; runners who cancel by May 15, 2026 may receive guaranteed noncomplimentary entry to the 2027 race. Registration for the 2026 event is closed.
