2026 Montclair Doughnut Run

The Montclair Doughnut Run is an annual event held in Montclair, New Jersey. The 2026 edition marks the 13th year of the race. The event takes place on the streets of Montclair and utilizes a USATF certified course. Registration is open to runners and walkers, and the proceedings support The Human Needs Food Pantry of Montclair as the race beneficiary.

Participants can choose between two main distances:

5K Doughnut Run
600m Doughnut Dash for kids

Registered participants receive official timing for the 5K distance. Entry includes several commemorative items, such as a race bib, a pom pom beanie, and a Montclair Bread tote bag. All finishers in the 5K and the kids dash receive a commemorative medal. Upon reaching the finish line, participants are provided with food treats presented in a collectable branded mason jar. Additional merchandise is available for purchase through the race store. For the 2026 event, the organizers are introducing a new route specifically for the kids' 600m dash.
