Race services, awards and policies
The race is professionally timed and scored by J3 Timing and results will be posted online. Registration includes a ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible cider glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a race bib, a homemade cider donut, and a pour of cider. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but not the cider glass or cider pour. Free finisher photos will be posted after the race.
Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in 10-year categories (1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+). Award pins are available only the day of the event and must be picked up at the registration table; there is no age group ceremony. Packet pickup is scheduled for the day of the event starting one hour before the race. The event runs rain or shine; severe weather or lightning may cause a delay. Virtual participation with packet pickup or shipped packets is offered. Dogs on leash are allowed; strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground.
