Bronze Dragonfly 30 Hour Ultra : Savannah, GA
The Bronze Dragonfly is a timed loop event held at Lake Mayer in Savannah, GA, organized by Run 4 a Reason LLC and Rough Runners R4R. The course is a 1.4 mile USATF certified loop with mixed surfaces, roughly half paved and half rubberized. Chip timing is used for all events.

Awards and recognition are issued for performance milestones: every participant who completes at least one lap receives a finisher medal; runners who complete more than 100 miles receive a buckle, with a distinct buckle for 100 miles completed in under 24 hours. The 24 hour and 30 hour events are USATF sanctioned. Pacers are not allowed for the listed events.
The event also serves as a fundraiser to support local mental health resources and counseling access. The race references a memorial bronze running statue at Lake Mayer and notes the presence of dragonflies around the lake as a symbol of change and hope.
