Event overview
Bronze Dragonfly 30 Hour Ultra is an ultrarunning event held at Lake Mayer in Savannah, GA and organized by Run 4 a Reason LLC and Rough Runners. The event raises funds to support local mental health services and to assist people who lack access to care. It takes place on a loop course around the lake that is USATF certified and measures 1.4 miles per lap. The course surface is half paved and half rubberized track, and the event is chip timed.

Each participant who completes at least one lap receives a finisher medal. Runners who accumulate more than 100 miles receive a buckle, with a different buckle awarded for completing 100 miles in under 24 hours. There are restrictions on pacers: no pacers for the 3-, 6-, or 12-hour events; for the 24- and 30-hour events pacers are permitted only during an overnight window. Aid station crew food can be purchased through the event store, with menu and dietary accommodations provided before the race.
