Bronx Bound: SIS 5K Run/Walk
Bronx Bound: SIS 5K Run/Walk takes place on May 2, 2026 at Fordham University, Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx. The event proceeds rain or shine. Registration is not yet open. Registration includes access to the post-race community breakfast in Bepler Commons on the ground floor of Faber Hall.
The event is a 5K run/walk with the start and finish at the same location. The course is three loops; participants must cross the finish line for each loop to ensure accurate finish times and to receive split times.
Amenities listed for registrants include live online, email, and text results, free finish-line photos and same-day finish-line video, and personalized bibs for those who register at least three weeks in advance. Virtual participants will have their bibs shipped if they provide a shipping address. Bib pickup is handled inside Bepler Commons with event staff present; a self-lookup area is available for those who do not know their bib number.
Awards are planned for the top three overall finishers (trophies) and for top male and female finishers in overall, under 18, and over 50 categories (medals). The event supports the programs of St. Ignatius School. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
