Bronx Bound: SIS 5K Run/Walk
Bronx Bound: SIS is a community 5K run and walk held at Fordham University Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx. The course starts and finishes at the same spot and consists of three loops to complete the 5K; participants must pass the finish line on each loop for accurate split and finish times.
Registration is not yet open. Registered participants receive access to a post-race community breakfast in Bepler Commons.
Event amenities include live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos, same-day finish line video, and personalized bibs when registration occurs at least three weeks in advance. Virtual participants receive a shipped bib when a shipping address is provided.
Awards are given to the top three overall finishers and to top finishers by gender and age groups, including under 18 and over 50 categories; trophies and medals are listed for these places.
Bib pickup is handled at Bepler Commons on the event day. Runners should know their bib number to pick up a bib; a self-lookup area is available for those who do not. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, bib numbers may be provided by text or lookup.
