The British OCR Championship is the competitive race within the Nuclear Rush event. It is scheduled for 9th May 2026 and is hosted in Brentwood, Essex. Course, format and prizes

The race uses the Nuclear 12K Rush course with an additional route and extra obstacles for the British Championship. The course is set across rugged terrain and includes water, mud and highly technical obstacles. There are over 60 obstacles in total. All Rush course obstacles are mandatory; failure to complete a mandatory obstacle results in a penalty. Penalty obstacles must be completed on first attempt. Obstacles must be completed as directed by marshals and adjudicators. The event is chip timed. All finishing competitors receive a 2026 British Champs medal and a free finisher photo. Overall male and female winners receive a trophy and prize money of £100. The race is a qualifier for the OCR European Championships and OCR World Championships.
