About the race
Rush Weekend by Nuclear Races is an award-winning obstacle race event held at the Secret Bunker Estate in Essex. Scheduled for May 2025, it offers two main course distances: a 6km race suitable for participants aged 13 and over, and a 12km race for those 16 and older. The 12km+ British OCR Championships also take place on an extended 12km course with over 60 mandatory obstacles.
The courses feature a mix of natural and man-made challenges, including the Deathslides, Para-plunge zip-lines, and Swing A Ding obstacles around a lake zone. The event is chip-timed, non-lap, and encourages participants to attempt as many obstacles as they wish, with no penalties for skipping. Participants receive a finisher medal, top, and refreshments.
