Brisbane Road Runners Club : President's Cup Half Marathon Club Championship & 5K
The Brisbane Road Runners Club stages runs on a flat, accurately measured 5 km course along Riverside Drive in West End, starting from the SBSC Clubhouse at Orleigh Park. Longer distances use multiple loops of the same course so lap counting is required for races over 5 km.

- 5K
Events run with police-approved permits and marshals stationed along the course. Electronic timing records lap and finish times and a digital timing clock is located at the start/finish line. Free post-race bananas are provided and a bring-your-own water table is available near the start/finish area.
Races are open to club members and visitors. Members do not pay entry fees. Registration for this event opens on Monday 17 July 2026 and closes at 7:00 pm on Saturday 22 August 2026; there are no late entries and no on-the-day registration.
Race bib procedures vary by participant type: existing club bibs may be used, new or temporary bibs are issued where required, and temporary bibs must be returned after the run. Toilets are available at Orleigh Park and the clubhouse, and volunteers pack up when timing ends. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
