Braemar 2026 Annual 5K Turkey Trot
The Braemar 2026 Annual 5K Turkey Trot is a community 3.1 mile run/walk held in Bristow, Virginia on November 26, 2026. The event uses the Braemar address at 12300 Iona Sound Drive.
Registration opens on 10/01/2026. Standard registration rates are $25.00 for ages 13 and up and $15.00 for ages 12 and under. A $2.50 processing fee is added to credit card purchases at checkout. The registration deadline to receive a race shirt is 11/01/2026. Registration closes on 11/19/2026 or when supplies are gone.
Braemar residents have a special offer: the first 100 resident entries are free and include a race shirt and medal for participants ages 5 and up. Residency will be verified at checkout and an ID card must be used at checkout.
There is no race day packet pickup. Packet pickup takes place at 12300 Iona Sound Drive on Sunday, 11/22/2026 (time to be announced) and Monday, 11/23/2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A course map is provided by the organizer.
Braemar's designated charity for 2026 is The Sweet Julia Grace Foundation, a Bristow based 501(c)(3) founded in 2014. The foundation supports children who are medically fragile or facing medical crises by granting wishes, providing practical support, and offering comfort to families.
