Boxing Day Boomerang

Boxing Day Boomerang

Boxing Day Boomerang is a charity running event organised by Scott Brown Fitness and scheduled for 26 December 2026 at Dundonald Castle. The event raises funds for Ayrshire Cancer Support and offers measured courses on a mix of roads and trails.

Distances include:

• 5 km
• 10 km

The visitor centre and tearoom at Dundonald Castle will be open on the day. Raffle tickets will be available and a range of prizes will be awarded. The event is sponsored by Hands Gas, which provides prize money for the first male and first female finishers in the 10 km race. The published entry fee is £13.

The course combines road and trail sections, so participants should expect mixed terrain. The event description notes on-site fundraising activity and prize awards tied to race results. Information about entries and event policies is maintained by the organiser. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
