Born to Run - New Orleans
The event features two main race formats: a 5K Run and a 1/2-Mile Fun Run/Walk. Participants can register in age-specific categories: Child (1-12 years), Student (13-22 years), and Adult (21-100 years). Registration prices vary by age group and event.
The event takes place at the Bonnabel Boat Launch in Metairie, Louisiana. It is a fundraiser for Woman's New Life Clinic, a counseling and medical clinic serving women in the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas.
Registered participants may receive a race t-shirt and have the opportunity to win prizes. The event concludes with a post-race “Birth”day Party featuring free food and music. Free parking and shuttle service are provided from St. Angela Merici Catholic Church to the start line. Minors require a parent or guardian signature for registration.
