Event Details
The event is organized by Girl Scouts Louisiana East and includes two running distances. The main event is the Thin Mint Sprint 5K. There is also the Daisy Dash, a 1-mile fun run. Both events take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Audubon Park in New Orleans. Registration for each event costs $25 and ends on April 2, 2026.
Prizes and Incentives
The event has a prize structure for both races. For the Thin Mint Sprint 5K, awards are given to the top three finishers in each of four age divisions. These divisions are 12 & Under, 13–18, 19–50, and 51+. Prizes include gift cards of $50, $25, and $10 for first, second, and third place respectively, along with a medal and special running gear.
For the Daisy Dash 1-Mile Fun Run, awards are also given to the top three finishers in each age division. Prizes are gift cards of $30, $20, and $10, plus a medal.
Participants are encouraged to fundraise for Girl Scouts Louisiana East to support leadership development, outdoor adventures, STEM programming, and camp experiences. Incentives are offered for the highest individual fundraiser and the highest fundraising team.
