Bordeleau Vineyards Wine Run 5K
The event is a chip timed 5K run and walk held at Bordeleau Vineyards & Winery in Eden, MD on August 1, 2026. The course starts and finishes at the winery and uses an out and back route that is described as relatively flat and fast. Some sections pass through and around the vineyard on grass, so footing can vary.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T shirt, a shatterproof collapsible portable wine glass, a finisher medal, a race bib, online results, and a pour of wine at the finish. Packet pickup is available race day only.
Age group awards are offered for the top three finishers in each category. Categories are divided in ten year bands: 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over. Awards are available only on the day of the event and will not be shipped. Competitive runners must start with the first group to be eligible for age group awards; if wave starts are used, winners must start with the first wave. After finishing, results will be posted online and published timing results are available.
Minors may participate with a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal, and bib but not a wine glass or a pour. Strollers are permitted but not recommended because of uneven ground. Dogs are not allowed on the farm due to USDA rules for produce and vegetable operations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
