The Book It! Friends of the Waterford Library 5K takes place in support of the Waterford Township Public Library. The event is described as family-friendly and welcomes children and pets. Registration and Inclusions
Standard entry fees are listed as $30 for the 5K run and walk, and $25 for the fun run/walk. Discounts are available: participants aged 18 and under receive a $5 discount, and groups of five or more receive a $5 discount per member.
The entry fee includes a commemorative t-shirt and a participant medal. Top finishers in each age category receive a finisher medal. Students also receive a complimentary children's book. To guarantee receipt of the t-shirt and book, registration must be completed by a specific date prior to the event.
