Gobbler Gallop 5K and 10K
The Gobbler Gallop takes place on November 26, 2026 at Holly Recreation State Park in Holly, Michigan. A Michigan State Parks pass is required for park entry. The event offers in person and virtual options.
The in person course is closed to vehicle traffic and runs on 100 percent paved roads through rolling terrain inside the park. Multiple distance options are offered:
- 5K Run and Walk option
- 10K Run
In person registrations include chip timed results with split times, a commemorative race bib, free race photos, overall and age group awards, and post race refreshments. Standard in person entries also include a custom finisher medal and a Dri Fit participant shirt. Economy in person entries omit the shirt and medal but include timing, results, a bib, photos, awards, and refreshments.
The virtual entry includes a custom Dri Fit shirt, custom finisher medal, commemorative bib, and free shipping. Virtual race packets are mailed the week of the race and virtual registration results will not be published. Packet pick up for in person participants is available at the race site on race day.
