Event Details
The Candy Cane Course is a Christmas-themed running event held in December. It takes place at O. P. Schnabel Park in San Antonio, Texas.
Available Races
Several race distances and options are available:
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
- Kids Dash (untimed, for children 10 and under)
- Virtual Race (participants can run on their own time and course)
The 5K, 10K, and 15K events are chip-timed with live results and awards. The Kids Dash is free to run without swag. A "Volunteer then Run" option is also listed.
Participant Perks
Registration for the 5K, 10K, and 15K includes a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The 1 Mile registration includes the same items but is untimed. Kids Dash registration includes a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a special medal. Youth pricing is offered for the 5K and 10K for participants aged 12 and under.
The event offers free photos and treats at the finish line. Packet pickup is available on race day, starting an hour and a half before the start time.
