Spooky Sprint
Spooky Sprint is an annual Halloween-themed running event held at Fischer Park in New Braunfels, Texas. The event program includes a range of in-person and virtual options and features chip timing with live results, awards, free photos, and finish-line treats.
Distances and options include:
- 50 m Kids Dash (ages 10 and under, untimed)
- 1 Mile (untimed; includes custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal)
- 5K 3.1 Miles (includes custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal)
- 10K 6.2 Miles (includes custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal)
- Half Marathon 12 Miles (registration includes custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal)
- Running Buddy Half Marathon 13.1 Miles (requires prior approval as a Running Buddy)
- Virtual Race option (run anywhere and still receive event swag)
- Volunteer then Run option (volunteers arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup, then run any distance)
Youth-based pricing applies for the 5K and 10K for ages 12 and under. The kids dash registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a medal; children may run the kids dash without receiving swag for no fee.
