River Chase 5K Run/Walk, New Braunfels, TX
The River Chase 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for October 31, 2026 at the River Chase Club House, 436 River Chase Way, New Braunfels, TX 78132. The event is organized as a 5-kilometer run/walk and is held as a fundraiser for Homes For Our Troops.
Registration opens June 1. The published entry fee for registrations from June 1 through October 31 is $30. Event shirts are limited; registration by October 3 is required to guarantee a shirt. Packet pick-up begins October 30 at the River Chase Club House.
Timing and results will be managed by a professional timing company, RaceTimerz, LLC. The race uses reusable RFID shoe tags for timing; participants are asked to wear their bibs on the front, pinned at all four corners, visible, and unaltered. Results will be available at a result kiosk on site and online through the timing company.
Awards are planned for the 5K in the following age-group categories for top individuals: 1-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
