Bubble Run - San Antonio 2026
The Bubble Run is an untimed running event held at the Real Life Amphitheater in Selma, Texas. Participants travel through a course measuring approximately 3 miles or 5 km. The event is open to participants of various ages and allows for the use of strollers on the course.
The route features several locations known as Foam Bogs. At these stations, runners pass through colored foam that is designed to cover participants from head to toe. Each bog features a different foam color. The foam used during the event is 100% safe. Participants are encouraged to wear white t-shirts to better display the colored foam collected throughout the course.
The event is organized into different heats, with smaller waves released every 60 to 90 seconds within each heat to manage the flow of traffic. Runners are placed in the start chute on a first-come, first-served basis within their registered time slot.

The venue may charge a parking fee of up to $20, which is handled directly by the facility.
