Entries, awards and logistics

In-person 5k/10k/half-marathon registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal; the 1 Mile registration is untimed and includes the same items. The Kid's Dash is untimed for ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kid-specific medal; children may participate without receiving swag at no charge.
Timed races use chip timing with live results and awards. Age-group awards are offered for the 5k/10k/half-marathon (overall male and female, masters 40+, and top three in standard age brackets). The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards. Packet pickup is available on race day. Bodies Race Company events proceed in most weather; the event has a no-refund policy and will cancel only for venue requirements or unsafe ice hazards, with transfers to virtual if cancellation occurs.
