Race services and entries
5K and 12K registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, finisher medal, and chip timing with live results and awards. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; 1 Mile entries include a bib, shirt, and medal. Kid's Dash registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a children's medal. Youth pricing for the 5K/12K is $22 for participants 12 and under.
Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for their packet. Virtual packets are mailed the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos.
Logistics, awards and policies
Packet pickup is available Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Village Market, 712 Brent St, Louisville, KY 40204; packet pickup is also available on race day. Age group awards are offered for the 5K and 12K, including overall, masters (40+), and 3-place awards in multiple age brackets. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. The event has a no-refund policy and may transfer participants to the virtual race if the venue requires cancellation. Attendees are invited to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots.
