Monster Dash 5K & Lil' Monsters Fun Run
The Monster Dash 5K and Lil' Monsters Fun Run take place at Raccoon River Park in West Des Moines on October 24, 2026. The event includes an in person 5K run or walk and a separate kids run for ages 10 and under, plus a virtual 5K option.
