Candy Cane Course - Greater Atlanta
The Candy Cane Course is a holiday-themed running event held in the Greater Atlanta area. Participants can choose from several different race distances to accommodate various preferences. The event features traditional road races as well as a virtual option for those unable to attend in person.
The following distances are available:
- 15k (9.3 miles)
- 10k (6.2 miles)
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- Kids Dash (50 meters, for ages 10 and under)
Registered participants in the 5k, 10k, 15k, and 1 Mile events receive a designer shirt, a custom bib, and a finisher medal. The 5k, 10k, and 15k races are chip-timed with live results and awards provided. The 1 Mile event and the Kids Dash are untimed. Children participating in the dash receive a youth-sized shirt, a mini bib, and a specific medal.
The event includes various amenities such as free photos and food treats at the finish line. There is also a "Volunteer Then Run" registration option where individuals assist with event logistics before participating in a distance of their choice.
