Logistics and entries
Packet pickup is available on race day beginning an hour and a half before the start. 5k/10k/Half Marathon registration includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal; the 1 Mile entry is untimed and includes the same items. The Kid's Dash is untimed, for ages 10 and under, and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kid-specific medal. Youth pricing for the 5k/10k (ages 12 and under) is listed at $17.
Chip timing with live results and awards is provided for timed events; free photos and finish-line snacks are listed as included. Age-group awards for timed distances include male and female overall, masters (40+), and top 3 male and female in age groups from 10 & Under through 80+. Virtual participants may run any day at any location; virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping of the packet (mailed the Wednesday after the race). The organizer has a strict no-refund policy; events proceed in varied weather and will only cancel if the venue requires cancellation or if there are ice hazards, in which case entries may be transferred to virtual.
