Participants may organize teams composed of family, friends, or co-workers.
Dogs of all breeds are welcome but must be leashed and remain on the pedestrian path. Owners are asked to clean up after their dogs. Dogs must be well behaved and non aggressive toward people and other dogs. Participants may run or walk at their own pace, with or without a dog.
T-shirts and custom medals are provided to all human participants. Translucent plaque trophies are awarded to the top three finishers.
