The event offers a 5K run/walk with both a standard registration and a student-discount registration. Timing is provided by the Palmetto Running Company. Medals are presented to the top male and female overall finishers and to the top three finishers in each age division. Divisions include under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+, plus top three dogs and top three strollers.
Registration fees listed include a standard fee and a reduced student fee. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations made by October 8; registrations after that date will not include a T-shirt. There is no same-day registration. Late registration and packet pickup are scheduled on the days before the event at local pickup locations, with additional packet pickup on race day at the Oyster Factory Park.
