Delirium Ultra 24 Hour Run : Beaufort, SC
Delirium Ultra is an endurance event with timed races of varying durations held on a closed trail loop in Beaufort, South Carolina. The course is a 1.65 mile hard packed trail loop shut off to traffic and routed through wooded Lowcountry scenery. Runners pass a single aid station at the completion of each lap; the aid station is stocked with basic first aid and a selection of food items. Participants with specific nutrition needs are asked to bring their own supplies.

- 24 hour race
- 12 hour race
- 6 hour race
Tent City is set up directly on the course for gear access and primitive camping is allowed Friday through Sunday; no open fires are permitted in Tent City. Staging areas are available along both sides of the course near the main aid station and start finish area; staging spots should be no larger than 12x12 and are offered on a first come basis. Parking is adjacent to the start finish; camper parking is limited and requires prior arrangement with race management.
This is a timed event. Runners who complete the entire timed event receive a finishers medal. Individual runners in the 24 hour race who cover 100 miles or more receive a special belt buckle. Bibs must be worn on the front and an ankle transponder must be worn for the entire event or laps will not count. Night runners in the 12 and 24 hour races must carry a headlamp or handheld light and are advised to bring backup power. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
