Delirium Ultra 24 Hour Run : Beaufort, SC
The Delirium Ultra is a timed endurance event held in Beaufort, SC in October 2026. The event uses a closed 1.65 mile loop on hard packed trail through wooded Lowcountry scenery. The course is shut to traffic and features a single aid station that runners pass each lap.

Camping and staging areas are located directly on the course near the main aid station and start finish area. Primitive camping is allowed Friday through Sunday and Tent City is set up on the course for gear access; open fires are not permitted. Staging spaces should be no larger than 12x12 and are assigned on a first come basis. Parking is adjacent to the start finish area and camper parking is limited; runners must contact the Race Director to obtain a camper parking pass before the event.
The aid station provides basic first aid and a range of food items. Runners with specific nutrition needs are asked to bring their own supplies. All competitors must wear their bibs visibly and keep their ankle transponder on for the entire event or laps will not be counted. Night runners in the 12 and 24 hour races must carry a headlamp or handheld light from dusk until dawn and are advised to have backup lighting. Finishers of any timed event receive a 2026 Delirium Ultra medal. Runners in the 24 hour race who reach 100 miles receive a belt buckle.
