Bluebell 10km

A spring trail run through woods carpeted with bluebells in the Chiltern Hills. The route is approximately 10 km (about 6 miles) and starts from the town of Tring, meeting at the Market Place / Tring Market Auctions.

Participants are grouped by ability and each group is led by a Run Leader. The organiser recommends participants can run 5 km continuously. The event is open to a range of abilities and includes trail running instruction and guided pacing along the route.

Practical details: there are 70 spaces and the standard ticket price is £25 for an individual entry. Facilities near the meeting point include a cafe, toilets and bag storage. There is on-site pay and display parking and the nearest train station is Tring; the station is about 1.7 miles on pavement from the meeting point and taxi ranks are available.

Dogs are allowed when using cani-cross equipment; running with a collar is not permitted. A list of mandatory kit is provided by the organiser. What is included with entry: a Run Leader, bag storage and trail running instruction. Personal insurance and travel are not included.
