Entry, rules and on-site activities
Entry fees vary by distance and by club affiliation. Examples from the event listing include: 1K from £5 affiliated / £7.50 non-affiliated, 5K from £12 affiliated / £14.50 non-affiliated, 10K from £18 affiliated / £21 non-affiliated, and Scotch Bonnet 10K from £24 affiliated / £25 non-affiliated. Members of UK Athletics affiliated run clubs are eligible for the affiliated entry rates. Under 16s enter free; under 12s must be accompanied by an adult for the 1K. Staggered run start times allow participants the option to enter more than one distance.
Participants receive a finish medal and a goody bag. The event includes additional activities during the day such as face painting, kite flying, food concessions reflecting different cultures, DJs, and live run commentary.
