The Christmas Chilly 10k & ChrisMax Mile 2026
The event is scheduled for Sunday 29 November 2026 at Castle Combe Circuit, Upper Castle Combe, Chippenham SN14 7EY. It combines a ten kilometre road run and a one mile children’s race within the same festive event.

The Christmas Chilly 10k is described as an officially measured, chip timed, traffic-free course on a flat, smooth and wide race track. Live results will be provided. All 10k finishers receive the DB Max flashing LED medal. Young finishers in the ChrisMax Mile receive Christmas-themed medals.
The ChrisMax Mile follows the organiser’s Max Mile format with a festive twist. Each adult who enters the 10k receives one free ChrisMax Mile entry that can be gifted to a child; a team ticket option can be used to enter a child instead of the adult.
On-course and event entertainment includes festive music while running, the return of a snow machine, and a performance by Rock Choir Wiltshire. Father Christmas will be present. There will be festive food and drinks such as barista coffee, mulled wine and mince pies. Prizes are listed for best Christmas fancy dress and for the fastest Santa. Event hoodies and T-shirts are available to buy in advance or on the day.
