Black Diamond takes place in DFW, Texas on 01/02/2027 and includes multiple running events held the same day. Distances offered include:

- Half-Marathon 13.1 Miles ($75.00)
- Marathon 26.2 Miles ($85.00)
Events 5K and longer use chip timing. The event does not enforce strict cut-off times. Registered participants for the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon receive an event-themed participation t-shirt and a custom finisher medal. Runners who place in the top four of their age group receive an additional medal.
Eligibility for age-group awards applies to the 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon. Age-group awards are given four deep. For the 5K the male and female age groups run 0-4, 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, then five-year increments up to 80+. For the 10K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon the male and female age groups start 0-4, 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, then widen to 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. Overall male and female awards, masters and grand masters divisions are also listed for those distances. There are no age-group awards for the 1 Mile.
