Bishstrong Foundation 5K Run, Walk & Roll
The Bishstrong Foundation 5K Run, Walk & Roll is the foundation's first annual 5K event, scheduled for September 13, 2026, in Westport, Massachusetts at 5 John Reed Rd near Horseneck Beach. The event offers multiple categories, each covering 5K: a standard 5K, a Duo 5K, a Wheelchair 5K, and a Handcycle 5K. Registration opens July 1, 2026 and closes July 31, 2026. The registration fee is $40 for each category.
Bib pick-up is organized in the Horseneck Beach parking lot on the morning of the race. The Bishstrong Foundation provides resources to help individuals become more independent and pursue healthy, fulfilling lifestyles. Funds raised through the event support financial assistance grants for qualified individuals to assist in purchasing adaptive equipment.
