51st Annual Billy Bowlegs 5K Run/Walk
The event takes place on June 6, 2026 at Ft. Walton Beach High School, 400 Hollywood Blvd, Ft. Walton Beach, FL 32580. It is presented as a USAFT Certified 5K and includes both running and walking categories.
The schedule includes a post-race area with live music, food and drinks and a waterview of the Okaloosa/Choctawhatchee Bay Sound. Medals are guaranteed for the first 300 finishers. A Billy Bowlegs Kid's Run is held shortly after the 5K ends at the Ft. Walton Beach High School track.
Packet pickup is available at Run With It on Friday, June 5 and on race morning at Ft. Walton Beach High School. The NWFTC will have a booth at the May 24 Gate-to-Gate Run on Eglin AFB. Parking is available at the start and finish at the high school and at Liza Jackson Park West Pavilion for the post-race area.
