Event overview
Dessert Dash - San Antonio is scheduled for March 8, 2026 at Pearsall Park in San Antonio, TX. The event is presented by Bigfoot Running Company and features on-site race elements including finisher medals, race tees, a dessert ticket for each participant, a dessert-themed photo backdrop with props, music, and name announcements at the finish. - Kids Dash - for ages 10 and under, not timed, includes race tee, kid’s finisher medal, and dessert ticket
- 1 Mile - not chip-timed, includes race tee, medal, and dessert ticket
- 5K (3.1 miles) - chip-timed, awards and age-group prizes
- 10K (6.22 miles) - chip-timed, awards and age-group prizes
- Volunteer then Run 5K (3.11 miles) - limited to the first 10 participants; includes race tee, finisher medal, and ability to run after volunteering
- Virtual Run
Awards for the 5K and 10K include overall first place male and female trophies, masters recognition pins (40+), and standard age-group medals for multiple age categories.
