Turkey Shuffle - Oklahoma City
The Turkey Shuffle takes place on November 7, 2026 at Stars & Stripes Park in Oklahoma City. The event is held on local parks and greenbelts with mixed surfaces that may include pavement, crushed granite, and dirt paths. Autumn scenery is noted for the date.
Distances offered:
- Kids Dash, about 50 meters, not timed, for children 10 and under.
- 1 Mile, not chip timed, includes tee shirt and medal.
- 5K, 3.11 miles, chip timed, overall trophies and age group awards.
- 10K, 6.22 miles, chip timed, overall trophies and age group awards.
- Volunteer then Run 5K, chip timed entry, limited to first 5 sign ups.
- Virtual Run, 6.22 miles, virtual participation option.
All finishers across distances receive a medal and shirt. The 5K and 10K include standard age group awards covering multiple brackets from 10 and under through 70 and over, with 1st overall trophies for male and female finishers and recognition for masters age 40 and up. Aid stations are provided on course and snacks and refreshments are available at the race rally tent. A DJ will provide music and organizers will announce awards live at the rally.
Packet pickup is offered starting 1.5 hours before the event. Shirts are guaranteed only if registered before the cutoff 10 days prior.
