About the race
Turkey Shuffle takes place at Stars & Stripes Park in Oklahoma City on November 7, 2026. The event includes multiple in-person distances and a virtual option, on a course that may use paved trails, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths.

- 1 Mile - not chip timed
- 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed
- 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed

The Kids Dash is an untimed sprint that includes a tee shirt, medal, and a recognition pin; a race camera will capture finish-line moments. All finishers of every distance receive a medal and a shirt, subject to the event shirt guarantee cutoff ten days before the race.
The 5K and 10K events are chip timed and include overall trophies for first male and female finishers, masters recognition pins for top masters, and age group pins for top three finishers across age brackets from 10 and under through 70+. Aid stations will provide water and course assistance as needed. A DJ will provide music and announce runners at the rally area. A costume contest awards a Biggest Turkey Trophy plus a certificate for two future races and a $25 HEB gift card.
Volunteer options include a Volunteer then Run 5K slot limited to the first five signups and full race volunteer roles that offer a race shirt, souvenir medal when available, VIP access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid gift card. Bigfoot Running Company events proceed rain or shine and follow a no refund policy with options to transfer entries to the virtual race, another event, or another participant.
