The Wiener Run 5K and 10K Austin
The Wiener Run 5K and 10K takes place on May 3, 2026 at East Metro Park in Manor, Texas. The event is organized by Bigfoot Running Company and features multiple in person and virtual race options at the same event date.
The event offers participant amenities including race shirts, finisher medals, a free hot dog and beverage at the finish line, aid stations along the course, live DJ and name announcements at the finish, and awards presentations. Volunteer roles are available with race shirt, VIP access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 Amazon gift card. A Volunteer then Run option includes a chip timed bib, a t-shirt, and a finisher medal and is limited to the first five sign ups.

- 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed, awards and Bigfoot Trophy for 1st overall
- Volunteer then Run 5K - volunteer then run, includes chip timed bib, shirt, medal
- Virtual Run - 13.1 miles, virtual race
