This edition focuses on the 1980s, featuring retro music and a pre-race costume contest for participants. The event is organized by the Bigfoot Running Company and offers a variety of distances to accommodate different preferences.
Participants can choose from several event categories:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles)

The courses are set on paved trails and park paths, which may include mixed surfaces such as crushed granite or dirt. Aid stations providing water are located along the routes.
