XKLusive '06K Race/Walk
The XKLusive '06K Race/Walk takes place on April 18, 2026, at Brazos River Park in Sugar Land, Texas. The event offers an in-person 6K run or walk and a virtual 6K option. The in-person event includes a commemorative finisher medal while the virtual 6K does not include a medal.
The event is organized by the Alexandria Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with more than 25 years of activity supporting scholarships and educational initiatives across the greater Houston area. Proceeds from the 2026 event will support local Autism nonprofits Hope for Three and Seensory and Me Ministries, which focus on advocacy, education, and inclusive programming for individuals with Autism and their families.
The 6K distance adds an extra 1K to the common 5K distance in honor of the founding year of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (1906). Race-day services include numbered race bibs, awards for top finishers, course support from volunteers, a live DJ, and community vendors.
