Events and distances
- Kids Dash - about a 50 meter dash, for ages 10 and under.
- 1 Mile - one mile, not chip timed.
- 5K - 5K / 3.11 miles, chip timed.
- 10K - 10K / 6.22 miles, chip timed.
- 15K - 15K / 9.33 miles, chip timed.
- Volunteer then Run 5K - volunteer option for 5K (limited; listed as full).
- Virtual Run - distance completed remotely.
Race format, services and awards
All finishers receive a shirt and a medal. The 5K, 10K and 15K use chip timing and include overall trophies for first place male and female, masters recognition for age 40+, and age-group pins across bands from 10 and under through 70+. Aid stations with water are placed on course. Packet pickup is offered before the event. A costume contest will award a crowd-chosen "Legendary Beast" trophy and a prize pack. A DJ will provide music and runner announcements. Volunteer roles and benefits are described, including a full-volunteer option that earns a race shirt, VIP access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid digital gift card.
