Big Little Run 2026
Big Little Run 2026 takes place on September 27, 2026 at Guelph Lake Conservation Area in Guelph, Ontario. The event offers three distances and supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph; proceeds from registration and fundraising fund their mentoring programs.
Distances offered:
- 5K available as run or walk on paved, gravel and grassy roads.
- 10K combination of gravel and paved roads, route reaches the lake dam.
- Half Marathon follows the lake perimeter and nearby roads.
The courses feature views of the lake, beaches, dam, surrounding forests and farmland. Routes include hilly sections of varying difficulty; the 5K has a few small hills and can be completed as a walk.
Participants receive a race bib and chip timing with official post-race results, a finisher medal, a goody bag and access to digital photos. Natural Choice Medical Clinic will offer sideline support such as taping, adjustments and recovery tips.
Course maps and directions will be emailed to participants the month of the event. On-site amenities include parking, toilets, water stations and St. John’s First Aid. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase. The event runs rain or shine.
Refund policy: full refunds until September 13, 2026 (processing fees excluded), 50% refunds until September 20, 2026, no refunds after that date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
