Event information
The Bexhill Lions Santa Dash/Santa Paws takes place on 07/12/2025 at the De La Warr Pavilion and Bexhill seafront. The course uses the flat, user-friendly promenade and offers two route options:
- 2 km
- 5 km
The event is open to all ages and abilities. Participants may run, jog, walk, push prams, walk with a dog, or use a wheelchair. There will be snow and warm-up exercises at the venue. Dogs must be kept on a short lead.
Entry and logistics
Adult and child entries each receive a Santa suit and a medal. Dogs that pay to enter receive a medal; dog costumes are optional and no suits are provided for dogs. Adult Santa suits are one size; child suits are available in 7-9 years or 10-14 years sizes. If a person wants to wear a Santa suit and receive a medal they must enter separately from their dog. A token is issued to enable collection of a dog’s medal after the event. Proceeds from the Santa Dash go to local people or groups in need, and proceeds from Santa Paws go to an animal worthy cause.
