Christmas Pudding Dash
The Christmas Pudding Dash is a cross country event held on 19 December 2026 at Pett Village Hall in Pett, Hastings, East Sussex. The course runs across farmland and woods around the village and is described as an undulating, muddy cross country trail with notable scenery.
The main race is listed as a five mile course but is actually closer to 4.2 miles and runs as a single loop. The event also includes shorter races for broader participation.

The event raises funds for Shelter. Included for participants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and a prize for best dressed runner in festive fancy dress. On the day entry fees are listed as £30 for the 5 Mile, £10 for the 2 Mile Fun Run, and £7 for the Drumsticks Scurry, subject to availability.
Parking is limited at the village hall and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with additional parking within the village. Train stations near the site include Three Oaks, Ore and Hastings, though the race start is several miles from those stations and may require a taxi or cycle transfer.
