Event overview
The Christmas Pudding Dash is scheduled for 20 December 2025 at Pett Village Hall, Pett, Hastings, East Sussex. This is the 20th edition of a multi-distance cross country event that uses farmland and woods around the village. The main loop is described as a five-mile (ish) course but is actually closer to 4.2 miles and is a single loop. The route is undulating and muddy.

Entries, extras and charity
Online entry prices listed range from £6 to £22. The 5 Mile race is open to entrants aged 15 and over on 20/12/2025. The 2 Mile Fun Run is open to entrants aged 9 and over on 20/12/2025. The event raises funds for Shelter. Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and a prize for best dressed runner in festive fancy dress. Event information is sent to registered entrants prior to race day.
Access and route information
There is limited car parking at the village hall, allocated on a first come first served basis, with additional parking within the village. Nearby train stations are Three Oaks, Ore and Hastings, but the race start is several miles from each station and may require a taxi or bicycle.
