The Beulah Firecracker 5K takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in Beulah, MI (7122 Prospect Ave). The event includes a 5K run and a family 5K category for three or more direct family members.

The course begins in Beulah and goes outside of town with a few hills. It follows a dirt two-track, includes a short downhill through a forest, and finishes along the gravel Betsie Valley Trail back in town near the shores of Crystal Lake. The race is professionally timed by Sportstats and live results will be available after the race. A free 1-mile fun run is scheduled after the main event.
Registration, fees and awards
Registration pricing and options are listed for individual and family entries. Group discounts are offered: 4 for $75, 5 for $90, and 6-8 for $100. Online, in-person, and day-of registration fees are noted; in-person packet and t-shirt pickup is available at the pavilion in Beulah on July 3 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, with morning-of packet pickup also offered. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 550 participants.
Awards include custom prints for overall winners, age-group prizes, trophies for first place in 18 and under, medals for 2nd and 3rd in age groups, and ribbons for walk/run finishers.
