The Bengal Dash is scheduled for April 18, 2026 in Greensboro, NC. The event takes place at Greensboro Day School, 5401 Lawndale Drive, Greensboro, NC 27455. The main 5K uses a USATF certified course.

Entry fees listed on the event page are $25 for the general 5K and $15 for the kids fun run and the staff 5K. A combined registration option offers a discount for signing up for both the 5K and the fun run. T-shirts are available in limited numbers; participants were asked to register by April 14 to request a size.
The kids obstacle course is geared toward ages 5-12, though older and younger children are welcome. No strollers are allowed on the obstacle course.
