Bengal Dash
The Bengal Dash is held in April 2026 at Greensboro Day School, 5401 Lawndale Drive, Greensboro, NC 27455. The event features a USATF certified 5K route and includes both adult and youth options.

Registration opens December 31, 2025. Listed entry fees are $25 for the 5K Run/Walk and $15 for the Kids' 1-Mile and the teacher/staff 5K. A discount is offered for registering for both the 5K and the Fun Run.
Course and logistics
The 5K is run on the usual USATF certified route and is chip-timed. The kids' obstacle course is geared toward ages 5-12; older and younger children are welcome. No strollers are allowed on the obstacle course, and parents are encouraged to run with their children. Racers for the fun run will be grouped into age-appropriate heats. Packet pick-up is available on the Greensboro Day School campus, with a late pickup option at the school track on race day. Limited event T-shirts are available; participants are advised to register by the stated deadline to increase the chance of securing a preferred size.
